The ShofOff feature is a stand-out SmugMug feature that allows you to easily create little widgets to share pictures hosted on SmugMug onyour blog, Facebook wall, other website, really anywhere on the web. They are interactive and very slick. There are two main types, either the slideshow or the badge.

A badge is a collection of photos (in this case 12) that can be put on any webpage. It is interactive and scrolls through photos in the gallery. Here is a sample badge below:

Another useful Smug mug Showoff feature is the Slideshow option. Just embed the code and put a fancy and great looking slideshow on any webpage you desire. Upload to facebook, your blog, your company website or intranet, etc. Here is a sample slideshow below:

The slideshow options allow you to show captions, click to the image, and change the width/height, and speed at which the picture changes. Then when you are happy with the results, you can click the “Copy Embed Code”. It’s not exactly simple to put this on your homepage, but there is a way. It’s also cool that you can copy this code into your blog or wherever and get instant slideshow.
